A•C•T’s experience and reputation within the Emergency Response industry has been earned through 20 years of performing and perfecting our response operations. A•C•T has established and maintained a very efficient system, which allows for the rapid and effective response to requests for Emergency Response. Environmental services from A•C•T are available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

24 Hour Emergency Call Center

When there is an incident requiring immediate attention, you only need to make ONE telephone call to the A•C•T Call Center. No matter the time of day or night, calls will be connected directly to a degreed Hot Line Manager. They will calmly take down information, answer questions, evaluate the incident, and immediately dispatch the correct Emergency Response Team (ERT) - anywhere in the United States and Canada. Throughout all work in progress, expect a single point of contact. The Project Manager will remain fully accountable for spill containment, clean up, assessment and closure, documentation, and report preparation.

Our Total Response Action Communication Center is now available to our valuable clients. A-C-T understands that our clients are in need of immediate, up to date information in the handling of their incidents. From the initial notification to the final resolution, information will be posted and accessible to you at any time. Our clients can interface with A-C-T project managers in real-time via phone, internet or e-mail. Once the project has been completed all documentation, photographs and regulatory reports can be accessed by our clients via their confidential login to our secure digital drop box.
