No matter the time of day or night, calls are connected directly to one of our professionals who will take your information, answer your questions, evaluate the incident and immediately dispatch the appropriate Emergency Response Team (ERT) – anywhere in the United States or Canada. Throughout all work in progress, expect a single point of contact. The Project Manager will remain fully accountable for spill containment, clean up, assessment and closure, documentation, and report preparation.

A-C-T understands that our clients are in need of immediate, up-to-date information in the handling of their incidents. Our Total Response Action Communication Center is available for real-time point-by-point updates throughout your project. From the initial notification to the final resolution, the information will be posted and accessible to you at any time. Our clients can interface with A-C-T project managers in real-time via phone, internet, or e-mail. Once the project has been completed all documentation, photographs and regulatory reports can be accessed by our clients via their confidential login to our secure digital dropbox. Feeling helpless to control your emergency incidents is a thing of the past for our customers. A-C-T's proprietary system, SpillTRACC, keeps you in the driver’s seat!
