Central Florida: For the ninth time, A-C-T Environmental & Infrastructure has been recognized as one of Florida Trend’s Best Places to Work. This prestigious accolade reflects A-C-T’s commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of its employees.

According to Florida Trend, to identify Florida’s best employers, Florida Trend partnered with the Workforce Research Group, which surveyed participating firms. Any company with at least 15 employees in Florida, including those based outside the state, could participate at no cost. The first part of the survey included a questionnaire about company policies, practices, and demographics. The second part was sent to a randomly selected group of each firm’s employees, who responded anonymously. The survey focused on nine themes: general employee experience, role satisfaction, communication and workplace culture, supervisor relationships, training, technology and development, diversity and inclusion, leadership, benefits, and work-life balance.
